Onboarding
The onboarding experience introduces users to Evergreen’s core purpose—helping them balance work, relationships, school, and self-care. A brief questionnaire gathers insights into how they currently spend their time, powering the Forest Visualization.
Forest Visualization
After completing the questionnaire, users see their Forest, a visual representation of how they currently distribute their time across work, school, relationships, and self-care. This serves as a baseline, helping users recognize imbalances and set small adjustments moving forward.

Forest Dashboard
The core hub of Evergreen, the Dashboard provides a visualization of how users are distributing their time across work, school, and self-care. The size of each tree shifts dynamically based on weekly habits, helping users spot imbalances. From here, users can access quick insights, track trends, and set small goals to improve balance.
Weekly Reflection
At the end of each week, users receive a personalized report summarizing their progress, self-care moments, and areas for improvement. Thoughtful reflection prompts help users set intentions for the coming week.

Self-Care Challenges
A curated library of bite-sized self-care activities (e.g., "Take a 10-minute walk," "Read before bed") personalized to each user’s lifestyle. Challenges encourage small, sustainable habits, and users can track completion with streaks and progress indicators.
Accountability Buddies
A community-driven feature that lets users add accountability buddies, share self-care wins, and send encouragement. A Self-Care Feed highlights completed challenges from friends, creating motivation through positive reinforcement.

Weekly Growth
At the end of each week, the Forest "grows" to reflect the user’s progress, showing shifts in time spent across different areas. If a user successfully incorporates more self-care, that section of the forest expands. This visual progress tracker helps users celebrate small wins and adjust habits for better balance.
